PS7201是一種針對鋰離子/聚閤物電池保護(hù)的高集成解決方案。PS7201包含內(nèi)部電源MOSFET、高精度電壓檢測電路和延遲電路。PS7201具有電池應(yīng)用中所需的所有保護(hù)功能，包括過充、過放電、過電流和負(fù)載短路保護(hù)等。準(zhǔn)確的過充電檢測電壓保證安全充分充電。低備用電流在存儲期間從電池排齣的電流很少。該設(shè)備不僅針對數(shù)字手機(jī)，還適用於任何其他需要長期電池壽命的鋰離子和鋰聚電池驅(qū)動的信息設(shè)備。

The PS7201 is a high integration solution for lithium-ion/polymer battery protection. PS7201 contains internal power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. PS7201 has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, over discharging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization charging. The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage. The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-Ion and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring longterm battery life. The PS7201 requires a minimal number of readily available, external components and is available in a space saving SOT23-5 package.
